I'm away on holiday so I thought I'd send you my post in visual form.

This is how I get my ideas - I'd love to hear how you get yours.

  1. Thanks for this Abie,I really enjoyed it, I also like using word association to help come up with new ideas. I'm hoping to come and watch your events at Cheltenham Literature Festival this year!

    1. Ooh great! I'm there twice on the 16th. In the morning with Fairytale Hairdresser, then in afternoon with How to Catch a Witch. Come and say hi afterwards :)

Great post, Abie. My 2 year old loves The Mummy Shop so it's nice to see where some of your ideas come from.

    1. Youtubing (or Booktubing I guess) is something I've just started doing. I've put up a few videos on my channel, including an interview with the lovely Book Nook in Hove. I'm enjoying it so far! :)
