Generating Ideas, by Abie Longstaff

I'm away on holiday so I thought I'd send you my post in visual form.

This is how I get my ideas - I'd love to hear how you get yours.

Thanks for this Abie,I really enjoyed it, I also like using word association to help come up with new ideas. I'm hoping to come and watch your events at Cheltenham Literature Festival this year!

Great post, Abie. My 2 year old loves The Mummy Shop so it's nice to see where some of your ideas come from.

I real live blogger! Great! And the perfect answer to the age-old question 'where do you get your ideas from'.

Ooh great! I'm there twice on the 16th. In the morning with Fairytale Hairdresser, then in afternoon with How to Catch a Witch. Come and say hi afterwards :)

Youtubing (or Booktubing I guess) is something I've just started doing. I've put up a few videos on my channel, including an interview with the lovely Book Nook in Hove. I'm enjoying it so far! :)

That was fun. Thanks, Abie. I'm hoping to start doing some filming soon (but probably not for PBD). Happy holidaying!
